Tanya is a Retail Media Leader with experience across Europe and Middle East. She joined Criteo in 2020 in London, where she worked with top tier, multi-market Retailers consulting with them across their retail media and monetization strategy. She relocated to Dubai in April in 2024 to grow Criteo’s Retail Media Business across Middle East and Africa and currently leads existing and new retailer partnerships in the region. Tanya has experience of building and scaling Retail Media Programs of retailers across Grocery, Quick Commerce, Consumer Electronics, Fashion and General Retail.
Tanya started her career at Google, after which she went on to set up Omnicom’s Programmatic Arm in India and later led Performance teams (Search, Social, Programmatic) at PHD EMEA (Omnicom) in London.
Tanya holds an MBA from INSEAD.
