Jessica Usenbor is the CEO of Omnisient MENA, where she leads the regional growth of a privacy-first data collaboration platform enabling organizations to collaborate, securely unlock insights, addressable audiences, and measurable commercial outcomes from first-party data.

With over a decade of experience across data infrastructure, adtech, retail media, and e-commerce, Jessica has operationalized and scaled data monetization and retail media strategies for companies across North America and the Middle East. Her work sits at the intersection of data, media, and commerce, helping organizations move from fragmented data environments to interoperable, revenue-generating ecosystems.

Prior to Omnisient, Jessica held roles at Majid Al Futtaim, XSIGHT Retail Media, Omnicom Media Group MENA, and Merkle (New York), where she led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, built retail media and data partnership models, and developed marketing technology frameworks for global brands including HBO, HSBC, Unilever, PepsiCo, Nespresso, and MetLife. Her initiatives have driven triple-digit growth by translating complex data capabilities into scalable commercial and activation models.
